Hi Everyone I just want to welcome all of you to my club. I hope you will enjoy your stay here. This club is to share our journey to becoming a slimmer Healthier person. I want you all to feel like you can chat about what is bothering you To share with what is going on in your life that makes you go off your diet. Sometimes we all need to vent.So it's ok to talk about your life .. We can't always stay on the subject of our diet sometimes we need to have some fun so it's ok to tell a joke or share a cute picture with us.There are group Activities that are posted everyday so feel free to post to them ... they are helpful tools to motivate us on our journey.
