DADS in FAMILY COURT are pro-active fathers who assert their interests in the reform of the legal, economic, and sociological aspects of Family Law, most principally:
parental rights, child custody / support,
and the judicial system / industry.
The main forum focuses on INTELLIGENCE SHARING and SUBSTANTIVE OPINIONS. Our mission is to be well-informed dads for
the purpose of parenting and political action.
We critically discuss CASE LAW and LEGISLATION, as well as the functions of psychologists, mediators, attorneys, judges, and legislators.
Our GOAL: a COLLABORATIVE NETWORK empowered by
collective experience / knowledge and shared research -- ultimately to enrich our relationship with
our sons and daughters.
We rely on your active participation
to further strengthen our network (which is now the largest in Family Law), and to disseminate effective strategies. JOIN us in electronic advocacy! All necessary tools are provided for free as
part of your membership [$0].
Please be sure your messages are _strategic_ to our entire national group. [See our 'Group Guideline' in Links. -- Note: newbie help, chitchat, and rants have been relegated elsewhere.].
