also see the reference manual, chapter 3, page 23 I think on what you need to ensure you have the unit set to, to use the serial... you might have already done...

no QSR here ... nano-synth and the like, same serial the nano-synths don't tell you they are midi either ... I test them would via sonar or one of the keys...
