nano-synths don't load sounds ... you can use a editor to alter some but once power is off, they go away you need a adapter for midi if PC or use the serial .....
The Alesis Nanosynth can load any QS bank into its User bank and if the battery is good hold this on power down. This is detailed on page 16 of the reference...
there is no battery in the nano synths I own ... power down, user bank gone ... manual wrong ... perhaps you have a different version that I am not aware of? ...
further notes midi channel 10 on the nano-synth is GM midi only .. if you want to use the other drum sets, you got to use other than channel 10 ... user bank...
